1. Data Minimization
Local Processing
Pluto is a "local-first" application. Your photos are processed directly on your device using your device's GPU. We do not upload your photos to any cloud server for processing.
2. Permissions We Request
Camera: Used strictly to capture new photos within the app.
Photo Library: Used to allow you to select photos for editing and to save your edits back to your library.
Microphone: Used only if you capture video content (if supported). Audio data is not analyzed or stored by us.
Location: Used only to tag your exported photos with location metadata (Geotagging). This happens entirely on-device.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for app functionality:
RevenueCat: To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. They process anonymous ID tokens to validate your Pro status.
Apple/Google: Payment processing is handled directly by the App Store or Google Play Store. We strictly do not have access to your credit card information.
